We retain your account and order information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (for example, financial or tax records).

We use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted data transmission and secure cloud storage via Firebase/Google Cloud, to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. • Notifications: Disable push notifications anytime from your device settings

RedCord requests access to your device location to show nearby stores, calculate delivery availability, and enable accurate order delivery. Location data is used only for these purposes and is not shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to fulfill your order.

RedCord is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

11. Delete Your Account & Data

If you wish to delete your RedCord account and associated data, follow these steps:

1. Send an email to redcordr20@gmail.com from your registered email address or with your registered phone number, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request"
2. Include your registered phone number or email used to sign up on RedCord
3. We will process your request and delete your account within 7 business days

What is deleted: Your profile information (name, phone number, email, saved addresses), order history, and account credentials.

What may be retained: Transaction records required for tax, accounting, or legal compliance purposes may be retained for a period as required by applicable law, even after account deletion.
